Are your products Covid safe?

Our team and facility are taking the necessary steps to maintain a safe workplace and to preserve the health of our team so we can ship you the best and safest products!


Do your products contain parabens?

No! We never use any harmful chemicals, including parabens. 


Does the product have a scent?

Each product is naturally scented with essential oils, never artificial fragrances. 

 

Do you offer wholesale opportunities?

Do you ship internationally?

How much is domestic shipping?

Domestic shipping rates vary based on weight and location.


How long does it take for my item to ship?

Can I cancel my order?

Sorry to hear you want to cancel your order! Please contact hello@avocurl.com We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. 


How do I return my order?

We’re sorry to hear you want to return your product. Please contact us at hello@avocurl.com within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll be more than happy to assist!


What happens if I order something and it’s out of stock?

We hate it when that happens, but sometimes things move fast! We will contact you and refund you the full price of the item and refund your card or account for the value of the item within 3-5 business days. 


I entered the wrong address, what do I do?

Contact hello@avocurl.com immediately. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed.


My order never arrived (lost or stolen shipment). What do I do?

Avocurl is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Once your claim has been filed, please contact us at hello@avocurl.com with your situation and claim number 


What if my item is damaged upon receipt?

Please contact us at hello@avocurl.com. Please be prepared to provide photographic evidence of the damage you experienced, and we’ll take it from there!


Are your containers recyclable?

Yes, we do our best to make sure our packaging is as sustainable as possible. All of our pouches and bottles are made of recyclable plastics and resins, so when you finish up your Avocurl products please recycle. 


I had an allergic reaction, what do I do?

Please discontinue use of product immediately and consult your physician or medical care provider. From there please let us know what product you used and the reaction you had. Contact us at: hello@avocurl.com We always recommend performing a spot test prior to use if you feel you may have a heightened level of sensitivity.


Is Avocurl vegan?

Yes! All of our products are 100% vegan. 


Do your products contain nuts?

We use Almond Butter in one of our products, the Conditioning Butter. If you have allergies please be mindful of this when making a purchase. 


Are your products cruelty free?

Yes, AVOCURL is never tested on animals. In fact, every product is first tested by AVOCURL CEO and Lead Formulator, Jasmine Curtis, before anyone else. We will not sell you anything that we wouldn’t first use on ourselves. 


How do I know what product is best for me?

Can children use Avocurl?

Yes! Our products are kid-friendly. Each product is 100% natural and does not contain harmful ingredients. We believe that our Avo-babies deserve the best quality products that are nontoxic. 


How is Avocurl different from any other curl products?

According to a study conducted by the Environmental Working Group in 2016, they reported that 75% of cosmetic products marketed towards Black women are toxic. We are setting a new standard for the quality of ingredients used in beauty products. We believe that what we put on our body should be safe to put in our body. Many of our ingredients are the same ingredients you can find in your kitchen!
