Do you offer store credit and exchanges?
We do not offer refunds.
If you reach out within 14 days of delivery, you're eligible for 100% store credit.
If you reach out within 30 days of delivery, you're eligible for 50% store credit.
If you reach out past 30 days of delivery, you're not eligible for store credit.
Exchanges are eligible on items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery of purchase. You must ship back the original item and will receive the new item once the original is received.
Exchanges are not eligible on items that:
Are worth more than the original item
Were received over 30 days ago
Have been damaged within the last 30 days
